MICROLEARNING NA EDUCAÇÃO CORPORATIVA: REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA

Resumo

Nos últimos anos, ampliou-se o volume de publicações sobre o microlearning, uma vez que este tema tem atraído a atenção de pesquisadores no campo da Educação Corporativa. Com isso, para melhor descrever e conceituar o microlearning, surge a demanda pelo levantamento bibliográfico da literatura acerca do tema. Portanto, o presente estudo tem como objetivo realizar uma revisão sistemática do microlearning no campo da Educação Corporativa. A pesquisa foi realizada no dia 03/06/2023 nas bases de dados Scopus, Web of Science e Science Direct. Para sua realização, não foi utilizado nenhum corte de idioma, temporal ou tipo de documento. A pesquisa aponta a diferença entre a aplicação do microlearning nas empresas e no sistema educacional e apresenta-se como eficaz no retorno de aprendizagem promovido pela distribuição de conteúdos em pequenas porções, além disso, indicadores como tempo, mobilidade, motivação, aprendizagem sob demanda e engajamento são destaques da aplicação do microlearning. Outro ponto importante no emprego do microlearning no processo de aprendizagem é a possibilidade da combinação entre trabalho e aprendizagem.
