PAISAGEM SEGURA: OPÇÕES METODOLÓGICAS PARA AVALIAÇÃO DE ESPAÇOS PÚBLICOS URBANOS

Resumo

Com base na problemática vinculada à dificuldade de aplicação prática do arcabouço de teorias que relacionam forma, ambiente e segurança em cidades, o objetivo geral da pesquisa consiste em identificar opções metodológicas para avaliação de paisagens seguras. Com natureza exploratória e abordagem qualiquantitativa, os principais procedimentos adotados compreenderam o levantamento bibliométrico de artigos de referência por meio de buscas em repositório internacional de periódicos, com sua subsequente revisão sistemática. Como respostas à pergunta investigativa sobre quais são aquelas alternativas, os resultados alcançados são sistematizados em métricas referenciais (âmbito geográfico-locacional, contexto científico-editorial e perspectiva semântico-autoral), variáveis analíticas (categorias de vitalidade, visibilidade e conectividade) e abordagens metodológicas (caráter e relacionamentos). Conclui-se, então, pela confirmação da hipótese orientadora de que é possível o estabelecimento de níveis de segurança de espaços públicos a partir da análise objetiva de determinados parâmetros morfológicos e paisagísticos presentes ou ausentes no local, valoradas por critérios intrínsecos visando à formulação de subsídios à gestão integrada e, em última instância, à conformação de paisagens seguras em cidades.
