PROFESSIONALIZATION OF ARTISTIC AND PHONOGRAPHIC PROJECTS THROUGH STRUCTURED MANAGEMENT

This article analyzes the professionalization of artistic and phonographic projects through structured management, considering the integration between musical creation, artistic identity, reputation, digital circulation, fan relationships, and career sustainability. The research is characterized as qualitative, exploratory, and bibliographic, based on scientific studies related to the creative economy, the phonographic industry, digital platforms, social media, and value construction in the music field. The results indicate that professionalization does not depend solely on the production of the work, since it requires planning, aesthetic coherence, process organization, understanding of audience behavior, and strategic reading of digital environments. It was found that artistic identity contributes to consolidating the public perception of the project, while reputation strengthens future opportunities through career milestones, symbolic validations, and accumulated recognition. Streaming platforms and social media expand circulation possibilities, while demanding management, communication, and data analysis skills. It is concluded that structured management favors the transformation of musical creation into a consistent professional trajectory, allowing artists and producers to organize releases, strengthen connections with audiences, and sustain phonographic projects in a market marked by technological mediation, competitiveness, and constant reorganization.
