EL MICROAPRENDIZAJE EN LA EDUCACIÓN EMPRESARIAL: UNA REVISIÓN BIBLIOGRÁFICA SISTEMÁTICA

En los últimos años, el volumen de publicaciones sobre microaprendizaje ha aumentado, ya que este tema ha atraído la atención de los investigadores en el ámbito de la educación empresarial. En consecuencia, para describir y conceptualizar mejor el microaprendizaje, es necesario realizar un estudio bibliográfico de la literatura sobre el tema. El objetivo de este estudio es, por tanto, realizar una revisión sistemática del microaprendizaje en el ámbito de la Educación Corporativa. La investigación se realizó el 03/06/2023 en las bases de datos Scopus, Web of Science y Science Direct. No se utilizó ningún idioma, marco temporal o tipo de documento para llevarla a cabo. La investigación señala la diferencia entre la aplicación del microlearning en las empresas y en el sistema educativo y muestra que es eficaz en el retorno del aprendizaje promovido por la distribución de contenidos en pequeñas porciones, además, indicadores como el tiempo, la movilidad, la motivación, el aprendizaje bajo demanda y el compromiso son puntos destacados de la aplicación del microlearning. Otro punto importante en el uso del microlearning en el proceso de aprendizaje es la posibilidad de combinar trabajo y aprendizaje.
