Abstract

In this context, professional performance can no longer be understood solely through technical expertise or productivity, as emotional management, ethical positioning, and interpersonal relationships play a decisive role in daily professional practices. The text explores competencies such as self-awareness, emotional self-regulation, empathy, communication, and social responsibility, understood as essential dimensions for sustainable and meaningful professional trajectories.
