Child dental anxiety represents a relevant challenge in clinical practice. This study aimed to develop and validate an educational technology, in the form of an interactive e-book, designed to support the psychological preparation of children aged three to six years for dental care, based on the Tell-Show-Do (TSD) technique. This methodological study adopted a mixed-methods approach and was conducted in two stages. The first stage involved product development, including script writing and instructional design. The second stage consisted of material validation, carried out with 114 participants (20 faculty members, 49 parents, and 45 children), using an adapted version of the Suitability Assessment of Materials (SAM) instrument. The final product was the e-book “Dr. Pérola in: José Goes to the Dentist.” Validation results demonstrated adequacy indices above 96% across all evaluator groups (faculty: 98.81%; parents: 96.88%; children: 97.75%). The e-book proved to be a valid, accessible, and appropriate educational resource to support children’s psychological preparation and strengthen the patient–professional relationship. Further studies are recommended to assess its clinical impact.
