EDUCACIÓN NUTRICIONAL EN LAS CLASES DE EDUCACIÓN FÍSICA: PERCEPCIONES DE LOS MAESTROS EN PINHEIRO MA

Este estudio se centró en reflexionar sobre la importancia de enseñar contenidos de Educación Nutricional en las clases de Educación Física de la escuela primaria. El estudio se basó en las percepciones de los profesores de Educación Física en la ciudad de Pinheiro, Maranhão, que actualmente trabajan o han trabajado anteriormente en educación primaria. Se basó en una investigación de campo exploratoria, con datos recopilados mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas. El análisis de datos se centró en el análisis descriptivo cualitativo. Los resultados demuestran que no solo es difícil la formación de los profesores de Educación Física en la instrucción basada en contenido, sino que el sistema y la estructura obstaculizan constantemente el desarrollo de esta formación y el compromiso de los profesores para proponer estrategias efectivas para la Educación Nutricional y la nutrición, pero también es crucial para el desarrollo de una ciudadanía activa.
