IGUALDADE DE GÊNERO NAS ORGANIZAÇÕES POLICIAIS: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA A PARTIR DO MÉTODO PROKNOW-C

O objetivo da presente pesquisa é explorar as características dos estudos de gênero em organizações policiais utilizando o Knowledge Development Process-Constructivist (ProKnow-C) como ferramenta de intervenção. O estudo é descritivo, exploratório e qualitativo, com dados coletados nas bases Scopus e Web of Science, utilizando a delimitação temporal de 10 anos. Como resultado a ferramenta gerou um Portfólio Bibliográfico (PB) com 60 artigos. A análise incluiu o Mapa da Literatura, a Análise Bibliométrica e a Análise Sistêmica. O Mapa da Literatura identificou cinco temas principais: Gênero, Comportamento, Maternidade, Cultura Policial e Liderança. A Análise Bibliométrica destacou autores mais publicados, artigos mais citados e periódicos mais relevantes. A Análise Sistêmica sugeriu que pesquisas futuras abordem três áreas: contexto policial, igualdade de gênero e contexto organizacional. O estudo contribui mapeando a literatura existente, analisando tendências e identificando oportunidades para pesquisas futuras que avancem o conhecimento nessa área.
