IGUALDAD DE GÉNERO EN LAS ORGANIZACIONES POLICIALES: UNA REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA DE LA LITERATURA UTILIZANDO EL MÉTODO PROKNOW-C

El objetivo de esta investigación es explorar las características de los estudios de género en las organizaciones policiales mediante el Proceso de Desarrollo del Conocimiento Constructivista (ProKnow-C) como herramienta de intervención. El estudio es descriptivo, exploratorio y cualitativo, con datos recopilados de las bases de datos Scopus y Web of Science, abarcando un periodo de 10 años. Como resultado, la herramienta generó un Portafolio Bibliográfico (PB) con 60 artículos. El análisis incluyó un Mapa de la Literatura, un Análisis Bibliométrico y un Análisis Sistémico. El Mapa de la Literatura identificó cinco temas principales: Género, Comportamiento, Maternidad, Cultura Policial y Liderazgo. El Análisis Bibliométrico destacó a los autores más publicados, los artículos más citados y las revistas más relevantes. El Análisis Sistémico sugirió que futuras investigaciones aborden tres áreas: contexto policial, igualdad de género y contexto organizacional. El estudio contribuye al mapear la literatura existente, analizar tendencias e identificar oportunidades para futuras investigaciones que impulsen el conocimiento en esta área.
