Hybrid learning is consolidating as a permanent trend in the post-pandemic educational scenario. The relevance of this topic lies in the need to understand the transition from an emergency remote model to a pedagogically structured paradigm. The main objective of this study is to analyze the consolidation of hybrid learning, investigating its potential, challenges, and implications for the future of education. The methodology adopts a qualitative approach, based on a systematic bibliographic review of recent scientific literature. The main results indicate that the model's potential lies in its ability to foster active methodologies and student-centered learning, using technology to enrich the educational experience. However, its implementation faces significant challenges, such as the digital divide and the need for robust teacher training. It is concluded that the success of hybrid learning depends less on the technology itself and more on the intentionality of the pedagogical design, requiring strategic planning to ensure quality and equity in the teaching and learning process.
