Artificial intelligence profoundly transforms contemporary social, professional, and epistemological relationships, raising ethical and philosophical dilemmas about the relationship between human mind and artificial mind. This study is justified by the need to understand how intelligent systems challenge traditional categories of consciousness, intentionality, and moral responsibility. The main objective consists of analyzing the ethical and philosophical dilemmas that emerge in the era of artificial intelligence, investigating normative principles and practical implementation challenges. The methodology is characterized as qualitative research of exploratory and descriptive nature, based on systematic review of specialized literature published between 2019 and 2025. The main results show international convergence around five fundamental ethical principles: transparency, justice and fairness, non-maleficence, responsibility, and privacy. However, significant challenges persist related to algorithmic bias, decision-making opacity, and attribution of responsibility. The conclusions indicate that ethical dilemmas of artificial intelligence require an interdisciplinary approach that integrates scientific knowledge, philosophical reflection, and commitment to human dignity, constituting a civilizational challenge that demands broad democratic participation and rigorous ethical scrutiny.
