TRANSFORMACIÓN DIGITAL EN LAS PEQUEÑAS Y MEDIANAS EMPRESAS: UNA REVISIÓN BIBLIOGRÁFICA

Resumen

La transformación digital se ha convertido en un imperativo para la supervivencia organizacional. Este fenómeno es aún nuevo y ha cobrado cada vez mayor relevancia en la investigación académica, especialmente tras la pandemia de COVID-19. El objetivo de este estudio es analizar la literatura científica relacionada con la transformación digital en pequeñas y medianas empresas entre 2020 y 2024. El enfoque metodológico utilizado es cualitativo, mediante una revisión bibliográfica y un análisis de contenido. Los resultados identifican seis categorías relacionadas con la transformación digital: las barreras a la transformación digital destacan los obstáculos que dificultan la adopción de la transformación digital; las capacidades dinámicas se refieren a la capacidad de adaptación de las empresas; la madurez digital aborda el nivel de integración de las tecnologías digitales; la resiliencia en las pymes demuestra cómo estas empresas pueden afrontar los desafíos; la tecnología digital implica herramientas que apoyan la transformación; y las estrategias analizan cómo las pymes planifican la transformación digital para mantener la competitividad.
